SECLARI takes responsibility for our planet very seriously - that's why we only offer worldwide climate-friendly shipping. We cover the required amount to compensate our CO2 emissions. We charge the costs for packaging and shipping (shipping costs share) separately if your order does not qualify for free shipping. All orders are delivered via a shipping service provider directly to the address provided by the customer in the order process. We only deliver by mail order, a pick-up isn't possible. All shipping costs include local taxes.

We have our headquarters in Germany and ship worldwide. Before you order products from us, please note that taxes and customs duties may apply in your country of residence. These can vary depending on your country and must be paid by you. If necessary, please inform yourself in advance at the responsible authority or customs in your country. All shipping costs already include local taxes.

Is a delivery to a packing station possible?
We don't offer deliveries to packing stations.
Can I send my order as a gift to another person?
Yes, we offer delivery to third parties - but because we take data protection very seriously, it is necessary for you to ensure the following: If you place an order and if you would like to send it as a gift to another person, you must first obtain that person's consent that his/her data (name, address etc.) be passed on to us and stored by us. You should also inform the recipient in advance, because otherwise he/she may not accept the package because he/she doesn't know about it. In this case the package would be returned to us.
Are there shipping costs for gift cards?
Our digital gift cards will be sent by e-mail, so you won't be charged for shipping fees, if you only buy a gift card.
Why do I have to pay shipping costs even though my shopping cart value has reached the required amount for free shipping?
Since our gift cards are sent digitally via email, there are no shipping charges. However, this also means that these will be deducted from the shopping cart value when calculating shipping costs.
Example shopping cart: 1x Product 01 - 14,99€ 1x voucher - 50,00€ Shopping cart value = 64,99€
Example shipping to Germany You are still missing 15,01€ for free shipping to Germany, because you only receive free shipping above 30€ shopping cart value (without gift vouchers). Since vouchers are sent by e-mail, they are not included in the calculation of shipping costs and must therefore be deducted from the order value. This means you need to add more products worth at least 15,01€ to your cart to receive free shipping to Germany.
Example shipping within Europe You are still missing 45,01€ for free shipping within the EU, because you only receive free shipping from 60€ shopping cart value (without gift vouchers). Since vouchers are sent by e-mail, they are not included in the calculation of shipping costs and must therefore be deducted from the order value. This means you need to add more products worth at least 45,01€ to your cart to receive free shipping within Europe.
Example for international shipping You are still missing $85.01 for free international shipping, as you will only receive free shipping on items with a cart value of US$ 100 or more (without gift cards). Since gift cards are sent by e-mail, they are not included in the calculation of shipping costs and must therefore be deducted from the order value. This means you need to add at least US$ 85.01 worth of additional products to your cart to receive free worldwide shipping.
SECLARI always strives for excellent product quality - but of course it can happen that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to return your purchased products within 14 days after you received them. After we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount including shipping costs via the payment method you have previously chosen. How to return products
To return products in your order, return the package to us according to the instructions below. Please note that you have to pay the shipping costs for the return.
1. Create a return Click on the button below to go to our returns page.
Please fill out the return form and choose the option which best explains the reason for your return and print it out.
3. Package everything Put the printed return form together with the item(s) you wish to return into the packaging your order arrived in.
4. Send it back Please send your package back to the address indicated on the return form. Frank your parcel and submit it to the postal agent. Make sure to save the return receipt until we get back to you! Please note that you are responsible for the return costs.
5. Get a refund Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after we received the returned items.
Your refund will be issued in the form of your original payment. Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after we received your returned items, including shipping costs for the delivery (if paid by you). Please note that you have to pay the shipping costs for your return.
Payed with credit card If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
Payed with PayPal If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
Payed via bank transfer If you have paid by bank transfer, we will refund the balance to the bank account originally used.
Purchase on account If you selected "purchase on account" when you placed your order and returned the ordered products to us within 14 days, you won't be charged and you don't need to do anything else.

Why do I have to pay the shipping fees for a return?
Did you know that in 2018 almost half a billion articles were returned in Germany alone? As you certainly know, exchanges and returns in e-commerce are a big threat to our environment. Not only does the large number of returns cause a large amount of CO2 emissions, but also a lot of garbage. For small start-ups, returns are also a burden, as the returned products often have to be destroyed. For these reasons, we would like to ask you to read the product description carefully before buying to avoid returns. Thanks for your help!
Can vouchers and gift cards be refunded?
Yes, the amount you paid for a gift card can be refunded. For this please create a return (see instruction above) or write us an E-mail within 14 days after you received your gift card or gift card code. Please note that it isn't possible to refund a promotion or sales code.
