Please note that we have a minimum order value of 20 Euro (€) for orders within Germany plus shipping fees and a minimum order value of 30 Euro/US$ plus shipping fees for european and international orders. Please read the below information regarding free shipping.

SECLARI takes responsibility for our planet very seriously - that's why we only offer worldwide climate-friendly shipping. We cover the required amount to compensate our CO2 emissions. We charge the costs for packaging and shipping (shipping costs share) separately if your order does not qualify for free shipping. All orders are delivered via a shipping service provider directly to the address provided by the customer in the order process. We only deliver by mail order, a pick-up isn't possible. All shipping costs include local taxes. 

 

Taxes & fees

We have our headquarters in Germany and ship worldwide. Before you order products from us, please note that taxes and customs duties may apply in your country of residence. These can vary depending on your country and must be paid by you. If necessary, please inform yourself in advance at the responsible authority or customs in your country. All shipping costs already include local taxes.

Delivery period

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be delays in shipping. We ask for your understanding and apologize that we cannot offer our service as usual. We will keep you up to date. International and local items may be subject to delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures).

 

In general the delivery date for products depends on the information on the product detail pages. As far as no deadline or date for delivery is indicated or otherwise agreed upon, the delivery time of the goods is

Delivery bill & invoice

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after your purchase, including order amount and taxes (if charged). Please note, that you won't receive a separate PDF invoice. The delivery note will be inside the package.

 

Is it possible to pick up my order?

It's not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

 

Is a delivery to a packing station possible?

We don't offer deliveries to packing stations.

 

Can I send my order as a gift to another person?

Yes, we offer delivery to third parties - but because we take data protection very seriously, it is necessary for you to ensure the following: If you place an order and if you would like to send it as a gift to another person, you must first obtain that person's consent that his/her data (name, address etc.) be passed on to us and stored by us. You should also inform the recipient in advance, because otherwise he/she may not accept the package because he/she doesn't know about it. In this case the package would be returned to us.


Are there shipping costs for gift cards?

Our digital gift cards will be sent by e-mail, so you won't be charged for shipping fees, if you only buy a gift card.

 


Why do I have to pay shipping costs even though my shopping cart value has reached the required amount for free shipping?

Since our gift cards are sent digitally via email, there are no shipping charges. However, this also means that these will be deducted from the shopping cart value when calculating shipping costs.

1x voucher - 50,00€
Shopping cart value = 64,99€


Example shipping to Germany
You are still missing 15,01€ for free shipping to Germany, because you only receive free shipping above 30€ shopping cart value (without gift vouchers). Since vouchers are sent by e-mail, they are not included in the calculation of shipping costs and must therefore be deducted from the order value. This means you need to add more products worth at least 15,01€ to your cart to receive free shipping to Germany.


Example shipping within Europe
You are still missing 45,01€ for free shipping within the EU, because you only receive free shipping from 60€ shopping cart value (without gift vouchers). Since vouchers are sent by e-mail, they are not included in the calculation of shipping costs and must therefore be deducted from the order value. This means you need to add more products worth at least 45,01€ to your cart to receive free shipping within Europe.


Example for international shipping
You are still missing $85.01 for free international shipping, as you will only receive free shipping on items with a cart value of US$ 100 or more (without gift cards). Since gift cards are sent by e-mail, they are not included in the calculation of shipping costs and must therefore be deducted from the order value. This means you need to add at least US$ 85.01 worth of additional products to your cart to receive free worldwide shipping.



RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

SECLARI always strives for excellent product quality - but of course it can happen that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to return your purchased products within 14 days after you received them. After we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount including shipping costs via the payment method you have previously chosen. You can find more information about it in our Terms & Conditions or below.

Before you return your order for a refund, please make sure that
    • the product is in the same condition as when it was received
      • the product is complete, including all accessories
        • the product will be returned in its original packaging
          • the product labels must be intact
            • the products have been purchased directly from our website
              • the product is not customized with a personalized monogram, a name or something else

                  Why do I have to pay the shipping fees for a return?

                  Did you know that in 2018 almost half a billion articles were returned in Germany alone? As you certainly know, exchanges and returns in e-commerce are a big threat to our environment. Not only does the large number of returns cause a large amount of CO2 emissions, but also a lot of garbage. For small start-ups, returns are also a burden, as the returned products often have to be destroyed.                   Can vouchers and gift cards be refunded?

                  Yes, the amount you paid for a gift card can be refunded. For this please create a return (see instruction above) or write us an E-mail within 14 days after you received your gift card or gift card code.
